Moving Image Installation, 2025
The Guided Tour is an animated film in the speculative fiction genre, exploring the interpretation and value of objects. It takes place in a museum in the future, where humanity is scrutinised and misunderstood.

Building on previous works, such as “A Monument for a Sim Inventory” (2023) and “Human Resource the Musical” (2023), I explore game engine tools and AI to create a tale of object-making. The “song” is produced by a glitch in text-to-speech software that fails to interpret a series of letters in sequence (aaaa e.g.).

The film here installed with objects exhibited in the film, the room is filled with garbage bags and plastic storage for everything we currently consider to be waste.
In this way, I have used the empty office landscape as an arena for the remains of human activity.
A portal into a possible future where the physical may no longer exist in the same way, and materials have a different value?

As a part of my project development I always spend quite a lot of time with pastels, watercolour or pencil on paper.
These are two of many pastel drawings I made in conjunction with developing the animation “The Guided Tour”. Here installed in abandoned office as part of the exhibition fantom\kopi\klem\print.
